Fees and Charges


One Point Properties Gold Coast is a predominately mobile business and Samantha will come directly to all clients and customers. The majority of dealings with landlords and tenants are conducted in person or online and via email therefore, there are no expensive overheads or staff payrolls to consider. As a result the fees and commissions that One Point Properties charges to all clients are inexpensive and affordable.


  • There is a one-off let fee equal to one (1) weeks rent charged for each new tenancy (not including renewals) which includes standard marketing.



  • The on-going management fee is significantly less than many larger local agents charge at 6.5%



  • There are no extra sundry, administration, postage or marketing fees including no End of Financial Year Statement preparation fee.



  • There are no Routine Inspection or Lease Renewal fees.



Referrals are Rewarding


Whether you are an existing client, tenant or anyone else that has had a good experience with One Point Properties Gold Coast, there is an opportunity to be rewarded for referring new business.


If you are happy with the service you are receiving or have received, it makes sense to share the experience with other investors so they can also benefit from the professional property management services at One Point Properties.


Should you refer a new client and One Point Properties is appointed as their managing agent, you will be paid the amount equal to 25% of the weekly rent. For example, if their property rents for $500 per week, you will receive $125.
